On April 11, 2025, the Business students of Metro Dumaguete College (MDC) went on an exciting Educational Tour to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) – Dumaguete Branch.

The tour gave students a chance to learn more about how the central bank works and how it helps keep the country’s economy stable. BSP officers welcomed the students and explained the bank’s important roles—like managing money supply, checking if banks follow rules, and keeping prices stable.

With more educational tours and industry linkages lined up, MDC students can look forward to more real-world learning adventures that bridge academic learning with professional growth.
