Scholarship Qualifications

  • ● Filipino Citizen
  • ● Must be 18 years old and above
  • ● Must be a resident of Negros Oriental.
  • ● Must not be a current recipient of any government-sponsored scholarship or subsidy programs
  • ● Must have passed the entry requirements for learners:
    • 1. Senior high graduates
    • 2. High school graduates form old curriculum (2017 and below)
    • 3. College undergraduate

Three-Year Diploma Program

  • ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP

Three -Year Diploma Program is a scholarship given by TESDA under the Free TVET of the Republic Act 10931 or also known as Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (UAQTEA).

SHS/HS Graduates

  • Original and Photocopy Report Card
  • Original and Photocopy Good Moral Certificate
  • photocopies PSA Birth Certificate
  • Certificate of Residency (within Negros Oriental)
  • Certificate of Indigency (from municipal DSWD)
  • Pictures (4pcs 1x1, 3pcs passport size, and 2pcs 2x2 pictures)
  • 2 Long Brown Envelope
  • 2 photocopies Marriage Certificate (photocopy) *for female married

College Undergraduates

  • Original and Photocopy TOR & Hon. Dismissal Certificate
  • Original and Photocopy Good Moral Certificate
  • photocopies PSA Birth Certificate
  • Certificate of Residency (within Negros Oriental)
