Metro Dumaguete College, Inc., also referred to as MDC, is a non-stock, non-profit private education institution in Dumaguete City that also happens to be one of the top technical vocational schools in Negros Oriental with its flagship program in partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), the Computer Systems Servicing NC II.

Track 1

Competency Assessment

For applicants seeking a TESDA National Certificate without re-training

  • Properly and completely filled-out Application Form (TESDA-OP-CO-05-F26) with 3 pcs. Passport Size Colored Picture (3.5cm x 4.5cm), head size between 27mm to 31mm, white background, wearing polo or with collar, must be printed on a chemical-based photo paper and name written at the back
  • Completely filled-out Self-Assessment Guide
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate (NSO)
  • Photocopy of Training Certificate or Diploma
  • Original copy of Certificate of Work Experience (for Industry worker and CCAW applicant)
  • Assessment Fee for the chosen qualification
Track 2

Regular / Scholarship Training

Minimum requirements for new training program enrollees

  • Must be 15 years old and above
  • Properly and Completely filled-out Learner's Profile Form (MIS 03-01 version 2021)
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate (NSO)
  • Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (NSO), if married woman
  • Photocopy of High School Card (for Grade 10 Completers/SH Graduate)/Transcript of Records (for College Level and Graduate or Higher)
  • 2 pcs 1x1 and 3 pcs passport sized ID Pictures (Chemically-based; white background; and wearing polo or with collar)

Note: All ID pictures must be chemically-based with white background. Applicant must be wearing a polo shirt with collar.
